Need an advice in unbanning perma ban

Hello ownedcore,
As the title says my main acc is locked - perma banned and I want it back at any price. I greatly appreciate any advice !!!

Type of Violation: Exploitation
Category of Violation: Third Party Program

I was using a gather bot so that is the reason why did I get banned.
I also tried to open a ticket and write a letter to blizzard. I tried to play dumb and wrote them that I switched computers and one of them was infected by virus - RAT. But I did not succeed. They always wrote me sth like this: "Your account has been permanently closed for abuse of third party programs or scripts and after a closer look at the situation, I can confirm to you that the action applied is correct and will not be overturned."

This part of the latest communication between blizzard and me scares me the most: "We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter."

So I ask: Could anyone help me? Is there any usefull way how to get my acc back? Is it worth to call to the blizz support?

You can try calling Blizzard support, but usually when they say they consider the matter closed and the action won't be overturned, you throw away the account and buy a new one.

Stick with your story, as they'll most likely check in on it. Keep calling them every day. Say something like you got your son WoW for Christmas, but since your account was banned am now unable to play with him, and can't afford a new account. You may get a really nice person, just try to make yourself sound convincing.

Good tip! I'll try it and hope it works. Do you know any person with perma ban (because of using bot) who was successful with unbaning it?
