Question about banning.

hey i share a battlenet account with my cousin. i was just curious if i get banned for botting on "my" main account does he get banned as well?.

im not 100% sure because i have received a temp ban before only for 1 account. but is permanent ban's bnet wide.


i dont care about my accounts. but wow is like a second job to him id hate to see him get banned for something i did.

Only the offending license will get banned, E.G yours, His will be fine.

Perm bans are account wide, NOT battle.net account wide

While they will only ban the offending account it is likely that they will look into links between your accounts (such as gold trades) and they could potentially ban that too. However, since your cousin does not bot it's very very unlikely anything would happen to him.
