Move MoP to another account using the original digital code - is it possible?

Hey guys,
I bought MoP a few months ago and i added it on my account. I think that this account i'm using is not safe enough, so i was thinking of creating a new one on the same battlenet account. I would then buy the battlechest and cata, but the question is: can i remove MoP from my current account and use the digital code on the new one?

Blizzard Billing may have transferred the licence if you called within a day or so of adding it, but not after months.
