its safe to buy an unmerged account IF you dont bot and merge it the same day?

im just looking for another char to level to 90. on my main account.

I have bought an unmerged account and merged it to my main battle.net account. SoR a character that did not exist and then payed $25 to have it transferred to my main WoW account. I have not received a ban and the payment has been deducted from my bank account. **just my theory** I believe the way blizzard does it is they check to see if everything is legit before they take the money from the account. It has been 5 days since I have done this.

I'm looking at doing this for my first botting account, has anyone contact details for someont that they have bought multiple accounts off? I would rather go with someone that has been vouched for than a random person from epicnpc...
