Botting on 1 account, have 2 accounts. Will both be banned?

Hello!

So I am currently using my 2nd account to bot with. This account i solely use for botting and I wouldn't be especially sad
if I did get banned. However, I do have my main account which I play legitly on (I DO NOT wanna get banned on it). My question is, if
I bot continously on my 2nd account and they catch me, will both accounts be banned or only the one I'm botting at? Please note, I have no intentions
of gold selling, just making my own little profit.

If it's true, what can you do to avoid getting a ban on both accounts? I heard someone telling me about using a VPN thing (got no clue of what that is..)

u wont get banned on your main acc unless extreme conditions

Really? o_O So If I say, use the account only for bot herbing (basically nothing else) if I get caught I'll most likely wind up with a warning or perhaps a 1 week ban?

IF they catch you botting, they will issue an Account Closure (perma-ban) or if you're lucky a 72 hour ban. In the case if the perma-ban, f you speak to them and offer them good arguments they will usually reduce the punishment to 72hr ban. This is for your bot account. If you transfer large amounts of materials (Herbs in your case) or large amounts of gold, your main account MIGHT get in trouble. I moved 200k to one of my bank account, and even though that account only had a level 1 bank and never botted, never Mass-AHed and the transfer was done smart (not all at once, there are lots of methods) that account was suspended also for "Abuse of Economy".

Currently there are only 2 ways you will get banned, enough people report you and you have a shitty bot that makes you run into a wall. Or two, your posting 500 auctions a day of ore/herb and you will get an economy exploit ban, in which case the latter will more then likely get both accounts banned. Ive been botting nonstop since the May banwave back in wotlk, not a single ban. However I never have more then 100k gold and i dont put more then maybe 100 auctions up per week.

Nonstop for two & a half years? and you only post 100 auctions a week? either your bank or you are full of .......
