    WoW FPS

Well today I was messing around with res settings and I put my desktop of 1280x1028 and my wow on that setting, and now it seems to run a lot smoother then when I had my wow on 1024x768 and my desktop on 1152x864.....

Any reason's why? And I like it a lot better, more room.

    Lol, same here,

    Default 1280-1024
    Now 1600-1200

Everthing looks smoother, and I don't really lose any FPS

    Re: WoW FPS

    i use a dual monitor system :]

unfortunately i run it from a laptop with a low-end graphics card, so i don't get a very good framerate no matter how hard i try... but then again, with 2 gigs of RAM, i can run WoW, photoshop, AIM and firefox at the same time and my framerate won't suffer at all

btw: press CTRL+R ingame to check your framerate, i believe.
