I got hacked and won't get the gold back. What do?

So i logged on my bank char to discover that all of my gold was gone, so i sent a ticket.

This is the answer i received:

We have however confirmed that this account has been involved in an illegal Online Trading activity either by yourself or by another user you have allowed to access the account. Please be aware that this is a severe violation of our Terms of Use:

What do i do now? Am i fked?

I will call them tomorrow, i just want to know if anyone have any suggestions on what i should do from here.

I never shared my account info with anyone, what i think probably happened is that someone hacked my teamviewer account, where i have all my computers stored, and traded my gold from my PC while i was sleeping.

Phone calls usually always work best, i suggest you call them up and give them a peice of your mind. Keep bringing up the fact you have been paying alot for their game and what not and you will quit if you dont get it back. Usually this will work 7/10 Good Luck! lemme know what happens

I haven't bought gold or done anything that could get me banned (on that account) because i have twinks with grandfathered items ect, i would never risk that account.

Yeah, i will call them tomorrow, but what is worrying me is that the "We regret we will not be able to offer any assistance with the gold traded from the account." sound like they have already made up their mind about it. Hopefully i will get to talk to a nice person and not some douche.

Yeah its the luck of the draw, sometimes you cant get representative who will literally do almost anything you ask. Just make it sound like you have no idea what they are talking about and how a roommate or sibling might have been on your account. Try to make up a scenario where you are the victim and you can never go wrong. Just make sure you have your story straight before you call them haha.

I usually just make another ticket when these kinds of things happen, works 70% of the times and if not, make another! xD

I have investigated what happened here and found that your account was indeed not hacked and it was you yourself who traded this gold to another account. As a result, claiming this was a hack makes it an attempt to scam a GM. This means that I will have to uphold this suspension and you will have to wait until the 48 hours have passed before you can play again. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Another update: I will probably quit playing wow, since i won't get anything back even though i was legitimately hacked. What the f is up with blizzard?

Just 1 hour ago i got banned for trading gold and i never bought or trade gold for real money.Im only using wtfast that can be aginst the toss.
If i hacked ,hacker cant reach my email ( all my email addresses protected with phone security ).
After bought ****ing pandaria if they permanently bann me i will never ever buy blizzard games again.
