Account purchase SoR help

Hello,

I'm considering purchasing a SoR unmerged account from the buyers section here at ownedcore. My goal is to purchase the SoR account, get the level 80 and transfer that toon to my main account. $10 for the SoR, $25 for the character transfer = $35 for a lvl 80. I have two questions:

1) Any chance to get banned doing this? (apparently most people don't do this so the customer service of the SoR sellers can't answer it with confidence)
2) Perhaps I'm over thinking it and there is an easier way? (I run a business and don't have time to level from 1-85 so that option is out) I also don't want to pay for two accounts, I'd rather just pay for one and have all my characters there.
