Well, put your mind to think a little: They didn't sell everything. They stockpiled, and stockpiled, and stockpiled. Whole banks of Queen's Garnet, and Whole Banks of Vials of the Sands.
Well, if those people now put out 200 Queen's Garnet on trade, do you seriously think they definitely have a hack right now?
My money is that the bugs are mostly fixed (no one can say there's definitely no bug available), and that most of what you see, might indeed be a product of a dupe, but from one that happened a while ago and it was stockpiled, in loads.
edit: A technical note. Be certain that Blizzard has the expertise to investigate in seconds who got into his possession more than 5 Queen's Garnet's in less than 10 minutes [without trading/AH]. i.e. even duping that is private needs the slightest mistake from the dupers to be detected if Blizzard has its mind at it now. And even if one is too careful, he won't be able to produce enough to be worth it. e.g. if you try to only produce one dupe every few hours, that's nothing to be worth it. And if one goes to TCG mounts etc, they can have scripts to investigate over-stocking across a whole day, so even those can be detected relatively easily for possible duping. ..once Blizzard got into its mind that duping is going on.
edit: i.e. be relatively certain that it's 98% sure duping is right now from rare to impossible, and if dupes exist - which I think they most probably do exist - are from stockpiles that are still undetected from that earlier public dupe hack.
