its obviously fake, they are trying to get you to go to that site and probally input your details which they will then steal. thats not a real blizzard site.
yeah it fake i got the same email i dont know if it chines or onther thing but well lot of players have this shity email
of course it is fake, as you rightly pointed out in game messages from blizzard are usually done with a special blizzard icon, but more obvious pointers include the unofficial domain name (if its not battle.net it isn't legit), strange player name and suspicious way of communicating with a player, which would normally be done through email. I suggest you don't even try and access these sorts of phishing websites, all they will tell you to do is input your account details and hijack your account for malicious purposes.
Thanks. Yeah i logged into bnet on a different browser and then went that page, cause it would show me logged in on it, and it still asked me to enter details. So def fake. Thanks guys.
Guess you just started playing wow. I remember when i was playing wow that i got 3/4 of those whispers a day. And ofcourse it's a scam don't even click on the site as your ip is known to them then
