Emerald dream is instanced.. and yes, its still in game try delete ur Patch.mpq, and repair... i took a screenie when it was repairing Emerald Dream... so Still in game ...

outlands isnt, but emerald dream is

I'm almost certain that Emerald Dream doesn't exist as actual land in the continents anymore, as Outlands did. But it's in the files.
