just a quick note, PTR servers are live.
Currently there are 5 PTR servers;
1-KR
2-EU
2-US

I'm currently in the queue and the average estimated time is around 8 minutes, so better hurry up before the servers start being overcrowded.

whats the diffrence from BETA and PTR?

PTR is free for everyone, BETA requires invite (code).

PTR focuses on a patch that needs to be tested before released on LIVE Servers. It focuses on certain limited content.

BETA focuses on a whole new version of the game, generally testing out a whole expansion before it's launched for LIVE Servers. It is almost unrestricted and tests all aspects of the game (leveling, raiding, PvP etc).
