today i was checking my mailbox about wow and in 1 of them there was this :

One last thing. There has been some rumblings from the EU servers and some of the US servers of dupe items showing up again.
These seem to be especially applying to Essence of Destruction and Epic Gems.
Remember that if a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is.


does someone heard of this?

yes it is very possible to dupe items at the moment.. quite a few different methods

I can say from personal experience that their is a dupe around.

The people using it have been fairly reckless and clearly lack the discipline required to get the most out of it in the long term. How long do these methods typically last, assuming that the method itself remains private?

That kind of attitude isn't really necessary. You guys have been working on a dupe method for at least 4 months, in fact I helped with some of it so I have a great deal more info than you may think. I was part of your team but apparently because I took a break from WoW that made me no longer trustworthy. You made a good find, no need to be hostile. But if you can find it so can someone else, especially someone with more than half of the puzzle pieced together.
