Can I get banned if I take everything out of the guild bank as a officer? I mean, I got the permission to do so, and if I transfer am I in chance of getting banned? Fast replies would be very much appreciated.

No.

Thank you.
ROFL yes you can! Let me tell you why... even though it's in your right, Blizz still has the right to do whatever they want to you and if they find something "Not in the spirit of World of Warcraft" they can BAN your arse. It happens all of the time... officer rage quits a guild after ninjaing everything and transfers.
I have seen MANY people banned that did this, including an officer that did this in my own guild 1.5 yrs ago that got a perma ban. He also was taunting the guild as he was doing it and started mass kicking people, which helped in Blizz's case.
Now, if you just grab a few things and leave, Blizz might be like "You gave him rights, your loss." But, if you are dumb enough to think that ninjaing a substantial amount from a guild bank, or everything, and then transferring is not going to come across to a Blizzard GM as a "malicious practice" then you are an idiot. Stuff like this gets people banned and if you try the "I had the rights as an officer" card, remember, it's all in the discretion of Blizzard to do whatever the hell they want.
What do you think they will do, appease you, a clearly malicious intented officer who ninja'd everything, or risk losing tons of subscriptions from all of the disenfranchised and distraught players of the guild you just ripped apart?
LOL, the funny thing is how many people still think they can get away with this.
Now, if you were the GM and owner of the guild, that's another story...
Took 2 tabs worth 5-10k. Not much at all, still a chance of getting banned? I don't mind a small one, but a perm ban for that? I did have the rights, and banning people for not having the "WoW - Spirit" as you call it, is pretty much bullshit to me. Thanks for the info and the replies.
Most likely (if you have no previous offenses) you'll receive a 24-48 hour ban, and all items taken will be removed. IF you have previous offenses, you'll probably get a 72 hour ban. A permanent ban for something like this is highly unlikely, but it could happen. And for everyone to see....
IF YOU WANT TO TAKE STUFF FROM THE GUILD BANK, AND NOT GET IT REMOVED AND BE BANNED, YOU HAVE TO BE THE GUILD MASTER.
It depends on did you have any kind of rules about GB usage, and if you break such rules it may be considered a scam.
At least you'll be banned from heaven...
No rules about GB usage was involved.
real life friends have done this and they didnt get banned. they got like 70k gold worth of stuff.

Hmm, mixed answers. Still got the option to put everything back, however, I'll not. I'll post it here whenever I get banned or if I get away with it.
Put yourself in the guild position. All the hard work for the items, do you really think blizzard will let it go unnoted?
Blizzard would definitely ban you since the guild can go on the forums and spread things about blizzard being a "bad" and "unsafe" company. Now if it's only a few like Sklug said, I don't think they'd really mind. Especially if it's just some small guild. Personally, this changes my perspective on who to trust in this game. Especially if the guild master actually knew you and trusted you with officer for a reason.
Nonetheless, it's still you to choose and good luck getting away with it. I recommend not doing it.

Yeah, you will probably be banned... Simple as that.

I think the question is more "should i get banned?" and i personally believe the answer to be "Yes. Absolutely." GM's take a lot of personal perspective into the job when interpreting the rules. its why you can talk to 2 or 3 GMs about an issue and be told no, then 2 days later talk to another GM who happily does whatever you are asking for.
really getting banned or not depends on the mood of the guy who responds to your guilds tickets.
if the guild is dead (no one logs anymore) take possession of the guild via petition, then take everything.
if your just bum hurt about something, don't be a douche and strip the bank first.
