Can I get banned if..

I tricked a kid to giving me owner of the guild and took everything in gb then his mom called blizzard and she got me banned for 3 days i think its was. So u can get banned for only a lil amount tho.

GM told me that he was not able to give us the stuff back because we/i give him the rights to take out anything

and i ninjaed an other guildbank too.. he invited me with full rights for a Trade and then he runs into an LFG-instance... so .. no ban but he did get a ban because he did this shit more than one time and the Gms are pissed off

if guild is like kindergarden populated with 10 years - old kids, then they probably start spaming blizz with their cries, and you will get a ban. But since most of guilds look for at least 16 y old players, such possibility is low.
