How to get around getting a "locked account"

So it happened to me earlier today, I wanted somebody to give his services to me, he tried to login. BAM entire account locked because he has a different ip than me in a other country.

How can I let him go on the account and do the service I asked for, without getting the locked account status again?

All you have to do is reset your password when this happens. Then after you reset, tell him to login again and it should be fine.

Untrue. It absolutely can happen again from the same IP. I know people who have this happen to them all the time when they play from a certain location. No one outside of Blizzard knows the specifics of what triggers it.

When 3 or more IP's log into the account, it gets locked. Meaning, you in the past had one more guy, including you and the guy you just gave it to, log into your account, which is why it got locked.

Reset the password, only give the PW to the guy you wanted in. It won't get locked.

it doesnt have to be 3 for me it only needed 2 to get locked

nope you wont get locked for entering with 2 different ips.. you only get locked if the guy has a blacklisted ip adress or he is in an another country. I think you want to use power level services. you should ask him to do so with a proxy. if he doesn´t do it, then he isn´t serious and you should use an another service.

yea true, 2 different ip classes is enough to get it locked , but you can unlock it easly reseting the password..nothing serious

It also depends on the location of the IP. I've been able to play at my friends house, at school and at my own house without my account being locked. However, as soon as I logged in to my account on a vacation in the US, it got locked.
