    Change country on Battle.net

    just buyth a new account with is set to a country were i cant use RAF, is it possible to change it?

    have tryed to talk with a GM and he wants: A legible scan or photo of a physical utility bill {(}electricity, gas or phone bill, which contains your name and the new address in the new country of residence. Please note that online statements or online utility bills are not acceptable
