Change country on battle.net account

Hi guys, does anyone have experience with this? I called them, said that I was living at a friend in germany, and that I would like my country changed so I can RAF from germany.

They told me to get some id from germany (or a bill with my name), plus my address down there.

I can only see one way out of it, and that's photoshopping, unless someone has a better way?

If someone has a bill from german, and wouldn't mind posting it, that would be great aswell :P
