Is it illegal to recall my account?

Seems like it would be incredibly hard to prove that you recalled it in a court of law. So the password is different, it would be up to toonstorm to prove that it was you that changed the password since it is them accusing you of doing it. While it may be illegal (I am not even entirely sure on that), I find it hard to believe anyone could come up with enough evidence to prove it, let alone go through that trouble.
