Having trouble being able to play Cataclysm offline using a repack

I have no internet connection where I'm staying right now, and everytime I try to open WoW.exe an error message comes up. How can I fix this? I was able to play offline by running the 3.3.5a WoW.exe, but not 4.0.6

How are you on ownedcore with no internet? :O

Your WoW is missing an update patch and it's trying to redownload it from the internet but fails. Is it possible that you didn't complete the patch/client download?
Or it could it be that you're using model edits? Try to run repair and see if it fixes, if not, make sure you're running on a patched client (this is important with 4.X servers).
