I really would have thought that you guys would have been more prepared than that. I mean what did you expect? To organize a giant exploit event and Blizzard was going to sit idly by and clap hands?

I mean, surely it would have been logical to keep an anonymous account that wasn't linked to you, specifically for this cause. You could have then connected via a proxy and Blizzard would have been oblivious to it being you.

on your place i'd go to court not couse of perm banned main acc but banned but trial accs became banned - its more psychological harm to me than any reason couse of banned via ip.... i'd love to see that situation :
you got perma ban on main acc (you've got dynamic ip add) then you reset router... but your ip goes to another wow player and he gets banned - recompensation guaranteed

its usa right ? their courts are hilarious and yes ive read also couse in their opinion im breaking their rules which im not and after each "ban" there is a phone to them and voila some magical way i always got unbanned :P
ps if im still hilarious to you then what with americans courts ;p - how you can condemn someone for more than 100 years if the longest noticed person lived around 121(?) years

Blizz could ban you because your dog looks funny, and you'd have no recourse. That thing you click "I agree" on at the beginning of each patch basically states that in over 9000 words.

Account Suspension/Deletion.
BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY BNET ACCOUNT OR WORLD OF WARCRAFT ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most account suspensions, terminations and/or deletions are the result of violations of this Terms of Use or the EULA.

They can ban you because "Today is Saturday" if they want and you'd have no case against them. Notice how it says "modify" regarding your calling after each ban.
As far as our courts go I do agree that they're ridiculous sometimes, but that changes nothing.

I am already back it with a new account a fan donated..It's upsetting that the VoTu Guild is done for...Blizz wont transfer the guild back over..=/ But I still will be releasing RAoV videos and some VoTu videos aswell...I have a video being edited right now.
