Mote of Life Grinding Profile needed

I searched LazyBot forums, and this forum already, If I missed a topic, please lead me to it, or please make me a simple profile for grinding motes.
I want to grind mote of life by using LazyBot
Killing those NPCs:
Rotting Forest-Rager - NPC - World of Warcraft
Infested Root-Walker - NPC - World of Warcraft

If you can force the bot to turn motes into primal life, that would be great too

Also I would appreciate if you post a profile that's killing another NPCs for farming motes of life, whatever you think the best.

Lazy bot is the easiest bot I have ever used to make profiles for, you should give it a try. Also this belongs here. Bot Maps And Profiles

Just bind a macro to your mount with /use mote of life that way every time you mount you convert them.
