Recommended level to solo BC Heroics?

I am currently a level 79 Druid. Is my level good enough, or do I need to go to level 85?

Depends which heroic, fat chance with seth halls even as an icc 25 geared moonkin at 80 the green guards hit like a truck.

Depends on class and gear, I wouldnt recommend going without 81-82 when you will start having 250ilvl+ gear.

If you can play your druid well, you'll make it. But it depends on the heroic. Magisters terrace is much harder than slave pens heroic. I would say, that you can do it, but maybe you should buy some cataclysm gear from lvl 77-79 - Than you're stronger than some lvl 80 from wotlk. It's much easier than!
