nah their prices are expensive i remember some guys were selling 5 to 10$ per VBA ... so i'm paying 5 to 10$ max

There are sites that let you create your own VCC ( it worked for me ) and you will get expuse code in 2-3 days ( 4 digit code you use to verify your PP account ).... Now there is a good chance your PP account will get limited ( most of my did when i tried to withdraw cash from PP to creditcard ) and i used it in Europe, perhaps its still works for US....

p.s. It cost me only 0.15eur to make VCC and i had to loead it with 3,5eur ( for PP and ebay verification ).....
