hey guys/gals there is a guy on my realm spamming trade everyday asking to buy Lava Ruby - Item - World of Warcraft [lava ruby] anyone got any ideas why he wants them so badly? vendor exploit maybe ?

a guy just told me that the sell price of those [lava ruby] sell for 5g but.... there is a vendor that you can get 50g each for them. will report back if i find out what one

If that was true, it would be data-mined. So I think you got trolled. Anyways the purpose of that item is to vendor for 5g.

As a thought, could these be being used to Xfer money across realms? there a common denomination, cheap, plentiful, stack....

The person who buys these lava rubys just want to Xfer realm and break the 50.000gold limit. Same with these cards that are worth 1.000/5.000gold.

But - if youre so interested in knowing that, why dont you ask him yourself? :P
