It is not entirely true that you are perma ban from WoW p.sever/retail now is it?

Salutations MMOwnians! I have been here for a while but I have yet to post a blasted thing, well then on to my topic. I was wondering if it is possible to bypass the IP ban/ban on Molten WoW to atleast continue and or crate a new hero to play on the sever.

Sadly, I was a big predicament it the WoW p.sever, Molten WoW, I was formerly a GM for WoWbeez but since that WoW went corrupt, I moved to Molten. My problem is that this horde character ganked me to the point that I was literally unable to move, stuck to the ground if you will. He stated that I was hacking, I replied to him, that he will pay for this, I said that I use to be a GM, and if I were on this sever I would let his actions slide. Next day, I found out that I was banned for GM impersonation, so was my sister, but IP banned for the same crime. I helped out this sever so much despite this little indicated, my ban appeal was denied.

Now for the point: Is there know possible way to get back into the game using the same accounts? I am able to still vote and go to forum however playing is the problem. For me, it doesn't matter if I can enter again(even if I did I will MC the douche that got me and super jump im 9ths. something into the air) for my sisters sake she work hard on her toons, and she wants them back.

I have come across many articles explaining the method but they seem to be out of date, I come to you guys for some answers.

PS: If this is possible, I have already plotted my revenge on the player, thanks to GM stupid mistake on sending my both of the players toon names, I wish to cause them harm with my priest and a little tool I call hitchhiker. *evil face*

first of all, you join that shitte ban-for-no-reason server that it has always been, and join eternal-wow and play with me instead!
second, im 100% sure that you can bypass the IP ban but im 90% sure that your account is banned too
