i get a 403 forbidden error, ill try clearing and doing what you said. Thanks for input.

With the forbidden error, try putting a space in front of the http://, so it'd be _http://http://www.thebuddyforum.com/forum.php

the _ is a space, replace the _ with a space

Cause sometimes I'll click images that say forbidden, and I learned to a put a space and it takes the error away for some reason
