Is item Duping possible again?

I just bought a pair of epic shoulders from a toon that seemed kinda....chinese. Bad english, only wanted to sell over the AH even though i was right next to him, so on and so forth. Well the shoulders i bought are pretty rare on my server as i've only seen them on the AH once before and I am an avid AH browser. Not 1 min after I bought them the same toon had another pair of them up for sale. Just wondering if this seller is just really lucky and has a few pairs lying around or if maybe there is a duping method working right now that i've not heard of.

Its a chinese farmer who did his reasearch and x-fered a bunch to your server to get the highest gold return since there are never any for sale there.

yes. There are a few people who know a way currently to dupe BoEs. i however doubt a random Chinese farmer knows this, and it was probably just a mule
