Random Leveling question -

So quick question, has anyone ever heard of someone ticketing a GM to revert back a level for accidental "ding". I was completing a quest at lvl 79, to get an item that would bring me high enough ilvl to use Cata LFD - and i dinged ( did my math wrong, but i won't tell the GM that ) -

I know, this is kinda dumb on my part - bit i would HATE to level a whole other toon just to twink in the 79 no XP bracket.

Nope. Never heard of anyone getting de-leveled.

My friend once made a level 19 twink (WAY back in the day where it was possible). And he accidently dinged after getting all his gear and such.
He ticketed a GM about it but the GM just said: ''Sorry mate, there is nothing we can do about that.''

I'm sure they CAN do it. However it's against THEIR rules to do so. They'd prob get a warning or get fired for it.

I put up a pretty good excuse for a ticket

My character named: ********, was meant to be my twink. Some how my daughter got on and was playing him (quested a tiny bit) and she leveled him. I was wondering if i can request for him to revert down a level? I would hate to have to delete it and level a whole other toon, just because my daugter didn't know ( she's 13 ). Thanks again!
