Epicmount At low level? (Question)

Well I was on my drani(yea i know mispell!!) and im only level 6 and then I see a level 10 on the Epic drani mount I ask him what quest it is and kellers somthing, is this real or is this just a glitch or hack?

Its a quest that lets you ride and epic speed Eleek (how ever its spelt). It last 15 minutes and if you go in water you lose it. Point of the quest is to warn 3 people about invading Bloodelves. After quest is done you can still ride mount till your 15mins is up. If you try and leave the noob area you get a whisper from Kessel saying the eleek is scared and wont go any further and you lose the mount. The eleek does not use the epic model but rather the lvl 40 one and male characters glitch and sit inside the eleek, which im hoping is not the case with the real mounts.

Lol im english and i find malik's sig pretty funny. anyways, i didnt even know about this mount beause i dotn ahve TBC yet, but i will be getting it tomoz if it is in stock. a temp low lvl mount is pretty cool though, but only 15 mins is a bit dissapointing, i would have expected longer. Can other races go into the are and do the quest? and will they get the same mount or their racial mount?
