Is it worth buying a vanilla CD key to use it as a Mule

I can't really decide because it'd be twice the money to keep up the accounts subbed. It's not like I don't have the money, but I really love my main account and don't want it to get banned. Is the chance of ban likely when buying small(5k) amounts of gold? I see a several posts about being banned while buying gold in the forums :/

Well yea... if you don't want the risk. But if you're gonna buy a cd key, you can keep using it like that until it pops. OR buy a lot more than 5k gold or something.

chance of getting caught buying 5k gold extremly small...but in saying that it only costs like 15 USD for a vanilla account??
