Level 30 bots making thousands of gold in Stratholme

There's at least 50 level 30-55 naked dwarf and orc hunters (without a pet) running in and out of Stratholme on my realm atm. When they come out of the instance with minimal hp left, they stand still for 10 secs, then fly up and through the tower at least 3000% faster than a flying mount and vanish. So hacks are definitely included.

I checked a few armory profiles and they all have "Got My Mind On My Money" achievements as high as "Loot 5000 gold", yet they all seem fresh characters. No achievement is older than a couple of days.

How can they make that much gold in Stratholme? Chests? At least naked chars can't kill things there. And selling stuff in the AH doesn't count towards that achi afaik.

The OP is saying that they are getting that much ingame gold solely through looting.

They must be looting gold to get that reward.
Maybe they go from boss to boss, out and reset.
And then repeat.

They give like no gold, and yet they could only kill them 5 times/hour

hello i found what they were doing

i did this dungeon today. on the human side, theres a room with just a boss and a chest. the boss doesnt drop loot but the chest contains 7g. i believe its also guranteed because pre cata, it had a quest item in there. now the quest item is gone and just gold. since it was always there before for the quest item, its probably there every time now. so all these 'no clip' speed hackers were probably in their own group soloing this dungeon and just going to that chest 5 times every hour.

5 an hour x 30 bots x 7g = 1050g total

but since each of them had the 5k achievement they could have been doing a different thing, or just did it for a long time

Seems like there would be many other more efficient ways to get gold than 7g 5x every hour.

It may be this way. They somehow trespass the limit of 5 times per hour because on my realm there were people in Botanica which got 1500 Warp Slicer ( Last boss in Botanica) kills in under 3 days with the achievement of 100,000 gold looted, and as we know the maximum for 3 days is 5x24x3=360 times only.

They somehow trespass the limit of 5 times per hour because on my realm there were people in Botanica which got 1500 Warp Slicer ( Last boss in Botanica) kills in under 3 days with the achievement of 100,000 gold looted, and as we know the maximum for 3 days is 5x24x3=360 times only.

Wish i knew this little trick on how to bypass the "you have entered too many instances lately"
