After a thorough investigation, we have found that the account listed above is associated to multiple World of Warcraft accounts that were closed for participating in exploitative activities.

Engaging in or associating with exploitative activity violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask that you take a moment to review these terms (Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use).

You may not perform any acts that we consider to be damaging to World of Warcraft. While we try to be as lenient as possible, the reoccurring exploitative trends present on accounts associated to the account listed above have led to the closure of all related accounts.

This World of Warcraft account has been closed by the Account Administration staff based on a review of the account and all related policy violations.

This action has been taken in accordance with the Terms of Use and our In-Game Policies (Blizzard Support). Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.

So i had all four accounts linked, created two seperate unlinked accounts to transfer gold to seller. And still got banned.

Here's what happend, all LA accounts kept sending gear to LA1, no biggie right for 2yrs, where LA1 played auction house.
I decided to sell 10k gold to chinese gold buyer from forum link. So i created two vanilla accounts, transfered 10k gold (via trade window) to VA1 , and then VA2 for good measure. VA2 trades with chineseGoldBuyer.
24hours later Banned all LA + VA accounts.

My question to you is - how do i go abouts next time making sure i dont get banned. I heard that I should have created a guildbank on VA2, invite chinese gold buyer to guild, have him 'withdraw' the gold, boot him from guild. But the thourough method of how they caught my LinkedAccounts means they can still catch this i think. Need advice.

I got nailed aswell it seems masking your ip is the way to go now a days, while your ban chance is high... you can still fight them.
Here's a route i would suggest trying.

Play normally, don't block your ip address! Treat gold selling as a pay check dont sell 100k at a time.
Play as normal, make you gold , accumulate it .
Once you get like 1 million gold lets say and you are ready to cash in on $1000usd, Block your ip address using a proxy.
And sell everything......Personally i haven't figured out yet how to repeat this and it would probably only work once.
Now keep masking your ip address after that massive sale as blizzard will be investigating you. Farm the shit outta everything..24/7 and sell every 25-50-100k whatever amount you make fast.

Once they nail you and completly shut you down wait a few days, reply to the emails and say you where hacked.
May work , may not...but atleast you went out with a bang.

Change your ip a address and repeat the steps.

Oh and btw....Why would you just sell only 10k? you just got $450 worth of accounts shut down for $10?

If the chinese buyer is flagged, which alot of the times they are, as they are trading you from a stolen or hacked account. It does not matter how you trade the gold, inviting to a guild. F2F blizzard will find you. Point is to make the most $$$ you can before you get caught. Don't trade via f2f or gbank with your toons, post items from various toons and buy them via ah with other accounts to transfer money.

know what i'm gona do, since i know im safe botting with my accounts. but not safe with selling accounts. I can use my cellphone's data IP plan that goes at 1.5mbps and tether to my laptop. Then have the vanilla wow selling account join the guild , extract the gold, sell the gold. And then if they plan on banning the account, there's proof that the vanilla account 'may have :coughed: hacked into my guild" with different IP and sold to gold seller. Will this work? I would even create the account using my cell phone , so there's never any trace it ever logged using my home router.

Seriously? evertime you've sold gold, they've traced everything of where that gold came from and all your accounts got banned? .... i'm starting to think, maybe i should take some poor fool down with me from a guild of mine. And this would be uber legit.

Let me assure you, they seriously take offense to you selling there gold for money. Not only did they ban me they nailed everyone in my guild with perm bans, they never even had anything to do with what i was doing.

They are becoming ruthless and unforgiving.

Not a good idea involving other unsuspecting people. If it blows up on you, you get banned..not a problem.
If you get them banned then shit will hit the fan, and you do not know exactly who you would be screwing over on the other side of the net and what actions that person will take to straighten out the issue. Now if you live in china then do what you will, but if you live in canada and the states. Legal rules apply.

All it takes is for you to screw over someone with money, those type of people will go to great lengths to screw you back.

also im leader of my guild....it has 1k members what will happen if i get banned 8-)
