Language Issues - European Version of Cataclysm

I downloaded an ISO file of the European Cataclysm upgrade and it installed no problem, but it didn't give me an opportunity to pick a language... so it's in German and I can't read German... Does anyone know if there is a setting I can tweak to get it into English (the original install & the 1st 2 expansions are English... so I'm wondering why it installed in German).

Any help would be great.

I saw there is a ELP (European language pack) that is supposed to help, but the servers are down over at blizzard... has anyone tried this and know of a place besides blizzard where I can snag it???
