[Question] ->[Oozing Bag]

So I just read some post about this pet and went to farm it but I got something on my mind which I can't ignore. Does auto loot OFF metod works and does it work to check 1x exactly [Oozing Bag] on few different characters. Heard that every character have chance to get it even on 1 you didn't saw pet inside and when sending to alt you have chance to get pet from that exactly bag. Hope so you understood my question, need some fast replies


EDIT: half hour later I grinded like 40-50 bags, got the pet from it ( probably lucky ^^) so now I wanna know can I send that to my alt and check all bags again with shift+right click option, without looting, just checking inside with chance to get it again in same bags.

Umm I don't know of any bots that work without auto loot, if you are worried about your bags filling up use loot filter addon deletes everything except what you want.

No no you didn't understand. I mean shift rigth click item check whats inside but don't loot. So if I see pet ofcourse I will loot if not I wont and send to my alt as I heard that on every chars varies what you will get. If none of my chars get pet I just sell on ah [Oozing Bag]

I do not know the answer to this, but perhaps I can rephrase your question so others might be able to help:

OP is asking if sending a bag in the mail "resets" its contents. For example he opens (but does not loot) the bag with his main, if it does not contain the pet, is there a chance that sending the bag through the mail will "reset" its contents and upon opening the bag on his alt, the bag might then contain the pet?

I don't know, but the logic is there. It reminds me of a similar issue with Holiday bags where you could open it and the contents would change from day to day.

Sorry I could not answer the question, but hopefully that clears it up for someone else to weigh in on.

I thought the pet is bind on use/equip? so it isn't necessary to use the shift+click.

nah its still the samething inside.

Think of it like wrapping a bit of coal in that christmas wrapping paper then sending it to a alt, its not going to have magically turned into titanium by the time it reachs your alt :P

not sure if they ever fixed it but the way it it use to work is once you open the bag as long as you leave one item in it that bag has a change to change loot on the next content patch.
