Help please

Well recently i got hacked and someone put an authenticator on my account. Today after 3 days i've finally received an email and it says; A legible photocopy of the identification of the registered account user. Only a government issued photo ID or Birth Certificate (minors only) will be accepted for the registered user. (School IDs are *not* accepted.)

I don't really understand what it means, i'm 14 and this is absolutely annoying the hell out of me. Please help :|

It means that you must send a picture of your ID card in order to prove that you are the owned of the account.

If i have to i'm 100% not gonna get my account back because i put different details on my battle.net account

Well technically you aren't allowed to own an account unless you are 18 years of age or older, so they are assuming you have a photo I.D. such as a drivers license or you have to scan your birth certificate and send it to them.

Then you won't get your account back. They need some way to prove it's actually you. No birth certificate/I.D., no account.
