How do I +rep other people?

Hello,
I've been reading here on MMowned for a whille, and yesterday I decided to make an account and try to contribute a bit, but i can't find any +rep button ;9.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask such questions, but on the guide section it says no questions there, so i thought this would be the right place.

Right under thier post there's a lighter gray bar seperating it from the next post, you will see 'Blog this post' | a Grey Star, and a Gray Caution Triangle

Click on the Gray Star, it will ask you for a reason for repping that persons post

also for future reference, the Caution Triangle is for reporting a post.

It's the star icon right at the bottom of your post.
