Automatic release of ice block?

Since 4.0 i've been having this shitty problem.

When i go to iceblock, i smash the keybind.

in 3.3 I would smash it boom iceblocked and then cancelaura when i wanted out.

Now i smash iceblock and i block and instantly release. I know its something to do with no GCD on cancel aura. But anyone know a macro to stop this?

and only click it once
