Hp94 - Taking a permanent leave from WoW

I would like to say that playing WoW and having fun on MMowned was fun while it lasted. I'd also like to say that I'm not taking a permanent leave from MMowned - Just World of Warcraft. As some of you may know, I took a temporary ban from abusing the extra Justice Points bug, and just recieved the account action email. It's turning permanent, and is effective immediately. With the fact that I don't really want to play WoW unless its on my 5 year old mage.

I can't believe after all the No Botting, No Hacking, and No abuse of other players, that such a minor action could make such a major consequence. But thats Blizzard.

I hope everyone else continues having a good time with WoW and enjoys Cataclysm - after playing on the beta, I think everyone will.

I would also like to add that I am not sure what happens with my place in RAoV, I still know all the 4.0.1 API and Beta API, and Blizzard Beta Access at the moment. I might even play on the beta a bit, since I can play there.

Well, oddly enough, despite my near perfect account standing, it looks like I got the worse off option of whats being handed out. Most people (I believe) are getting 24 hour suspentions while mine is Infinity hours.

Ah, yes, Blizzard has very rigid (no) home office policy. I was always wondering why online based gaming doesn't employ more people working remotely.

Well that sucks hard, i'm kind of glad i didnt keep my bags for the patch now as i'd have abused it to death.

Just do what i did when i lost my old pvp titled priest and 5 other 80s to the luaninja banwave.

Buy a bot and bot away with no worrys of a great account being banned, i'm sitting on 7 80s, loads of gold and mostly everything i need in wow all due to botting.

Sometime i think back on my old account but then i think well if it wasnt banned id still be scraping along and now tbh my account is 100 times better.

The ToS says that they can ban you even without a reason, so when they ban you.. There is literally nothing to do against it Sorry for your loss.

All they want is CASH! They don't care about your WoW account, they mainly can ban it only so you can buy a new edition. They don't think of your character loss and how much do you care about them. I got my perma account banned 1 year ago, even though the e-mail said that it was Final Warning and 72 hours suspension, I never saw my account again. The suspension turned to a perma ban... I've tried almost everything, but don't lose hope! I've been emaling Blizzard since the year I lost my account, and I know someday I can get my account back, and someday you'll get your account back!
