The ToS says that they can ban you even without a reason, so when they ban you.. There is literally nothing to do against it Sorry for your loss.

Not true, 2 personal people i know got perma bans twice.. Give it 3 days and you will for sure get your account back, bug them until you get it, When you do get it however they will be watching you 24/7 (is what they say) So id make a new account flush ip address, and transfer your characters over.

Just tell them that you thought the unlimited justice points was a legitimate game mechanic(a friend told you he read it in the patch notes, or "I saw it in trade chat")

I already sent 4 emails, last one they sent back said they will not be reviewing the account again and emails from me will not recieve a reply.

A permanent ban is not the end, believe me, My account had one and i managed to get it back, but that's besides the point.

The point i'm trying to make is that there are people who actually write unban letters, and do it very well, and they work too, they do charge like 10 dollars though, but honestly they do work, i don't write them myself, but i can try and help you find somebody who does if you wish?
