Early Beta Patch

Does anyone know how ************* and wowhead.com get their hands on an upcoming Cataclysm beta patch many hours before it's even downloadable with the client?

Seen somebody on Wowwiki doing it too. I think it has to with creating a torrent file from a hash.

nothing is impossible, just remember that saying ok? I live day by day on that saying =) and i live on food too but that dont matter too much.

they data mine. I don't exactly know how, but if you google data mining you can find out how it works. All credible sites use this technique.
