    [Help] Need Help Blurring Out Names In A Video

    I have a few youtube videos that I would like to edit and blur out my toons name and some other stuff. Is this possible and how? What program would I use?

    Easy way would be to open it in Windows Movie Maker and then just have a black text bar over where the name is throughout the vid.
