[Question] Universal WoW chat prog?

I downloaded a universal WoW chat prog (you could speak to the opposite faction) from here a while ago and I can't find the thread it's from, could somebody please get me a link? Thanks in advance!

You will get banned if caught doing that.

"The following rules are not meant to be exhaustive, and Blizzard reserves the right to determine which conduct it considers to be outside the spirit of the Game and to take such disciplinary measures as it sees fit up to and including termination and deletion of the Account. Blizzard reserves the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time."

It's explicit in ToS under Paragraph
"9" Code of Conduct
Section
"B" Rules Related to "Chat" and Interaction With Other Users.

"When engaging in Chat, you may not:"
(viii) Communicate directly with players who are playing characters aligned with the opposite faction (e.g. Horde communicating with Alliance or vice versa);

Yeah unfortunately I believe that program was discontinued to be updated because of it's high risk. You can get a suspension for just saying "L O L" in the other faction's language if enough players report you.

I personally have more than 1 account so it's easy for me to contact horde or the other faction if necessary.
