Is countering IP ban possible?

First of all I apologize if this is in a wrong place or a thread about is has already been made, I tried searching a bit.

So to the point. I got banned from Uber-Wow private server (GM caught me flying in GM island XD) I got an IP ban and have been trying to hide and change my IP but cant figure it out.
Hiding it with Hide IP and such programs didn't help.
I have wireless connection through a D-Link DIR-301 Router and I wonder if there is anyway to change my IP so I would be able to play again. A program that hides my IP from WoW is also OK but those I tried didn't work.

Request an IP change from your ISP if yours is static. Using proxies is veeeeery slow (unless you wanna pay), so scratch that off your mind.
... and yeah - wrong section =p

Edit: Hide IP and such software is meant to hide your ip WHILE BROWSING. Use Tor instead - it's better.

ive used itshidden before, but 20 min disconnects are annoying, otherwise its fine, also if you are willing to pay for something more reliable they are all pretty dirt cheap

Thanks! I tried those out but could get others than Its Hidden to work because it doesn't have any clients and such. The problem is that the server has so long ques that the 20min goes mostly to waiting on the que ;/ If someone knows another ones like it that don't disconnect it would be great. Also if someone could guide me through setting up Ultra or Open VPN as they seems to be on top of many VPN lists I would appreciate it.

Edit: Also got Loki to work but its too laggy to even consider playing :/

If its static have to use a VPN, proxy or get ISP to change your IP
If its dynamic just unplug router for couple of minutes and clear any cookies
