Am I screwed ?

So pretty much I bought an account 1-2 years ago, and everything was fine until last week. Last week, I had my mobile drop into a pool with an authenticator on it. I called Blizz to get it removed, but they wanted either the first authenticator # ever sent, or the CD-Key of the classic WoW used for the account (which I have neither). So, he told me to fill out a web-form but I need a photo I.D. I really don't know what to do about this now, just say fxck it ? I was thinking of scanning my legit driving license (Canadian) and just photoshopping the name , and signature (I am pretty pro with p-shop) but I am not sure whether this is worth it/or will work.

What are your guys thoughts !?

Worked for me when I had to recover and account. I googled US passport and got a hillbilly one and edited it :P

That's why I'm luck the person I bought my account from, not only is on my Facebook, but also gave me a photocopy of his license to use. ;D
