[Story] Getting an Item returned

So I bought my T10 shoulders and thought that I would want use them. But then i forgot about my T9 bonus. I realized I needed the shoulder's badges refunded. So i opened a ticket, waited THREE DAYS and received a response saying they are unable to do it because the ticket wasn't opened immediately after getting the item.

I responded to the ticket which is shown here and this is what I got in return.

Yeah I know. But i havent played all of 3.2 Expansion and 3.3 until 2 weeks ago so i didn't know GM's take more than 10 hours to respond to a ticket now.
