"NOT AN ALLOWED IP" error

This morning i made a private server for myself and possibly a few friends ; it all worked fine but when i started it up again this afternoon i got this error:

Server connection from 192.168.1.16:3137 DENIED , not an allowed IP.

i downloaded the AC ultimate repack 9 (or something like that)
