The % is for the installed data of what you've downloaded ^^

Nothing's wrong. The bar ahead of the first is how far the download is and the first bar is how far the actual installation is

The installer has been confirmed buggy but working.
It, for example, jumps from 22% to like 60% in a couple
of seconds. Just keep downloading. (Make sure you have enUS)

Also: The dark bar is the amount of data you've downloaded. Light one is the amount you've
installed

I have both US and EU

I couldnt start the installer last night after changing everything to US but when i came on earlier it started so im quiet phsyced (Spelling)
