Seems Blizzard has shut down their Downloader services to prevent people from getting the client. I tried to download the latest patch of SC2 beta (I got a legit key) and it doesn't download. I digged about a bit and found out SC2 used the same tracker as the one reported to be used by the magnet link.

For me this means that the link is real, since Blizzard obviously took measures against it.
