bought an account now problems doing realm transfer

Hi I bought an account with a lvl 80 on it and wanted to transfer it to the realm with all my other 80's so I did the transfer and the next day it said the transfer failed, but the toon is on the new server but when i try to log into her it says i must wait until the character update process is complete. Am I screwed because I am not the original owner? What info will I need if I call Blizzard to try and fix this or should I just write off that 0 and start a new toon? Thanks.

It may be because you are using a different credit card to the original account holder.

Just contact Blizzard with the issue and they will ask you for your credit card details.

What name are they going to ask for, the original owners name or my name on the credit card? I have a feeling that when I paid for it I checked off visa and not mastercard but I can't remember.

Just cancel the transfer, and do it again by checking the right box.

The toon is already transferred to the new server so I am unsure what to do, the day after I did the transfer I got an email saying the transfer failed, but toon still shows up on new server just unable to log in. I don't want to call Blizzard and then get the account banned because the bnet account has a different name in it then mine, but i would like the toon. Does anyone think if I just leave it that they will do anything, I mean will they just leave the toon in limbo and I just can't use it but the account will still be fine to play on?

I just wanted to let you guys know I got this sorted out. I had emailed billing and they took care of it once they were back up and running. He told me it came up as a suspect transfer to the automated system and locked the toon so he unlocked it fo rme and now everything is good.
